The rapid change in the business environment, triggered by uncertainty and complexity, forces organizations/projects to be able to identify, assess and mitigate challenges and opportunities immediately. Therefore, team resilience is relevant, namely the ability to adapt quickly to the dynamics of environmental changes to remain able to perform well. This research shows how team resilience plays a role, in influencing project performance. The research uses several factors at the organizational level, team, and individual levels on team resilience, then the influence of team resilience on project performance. The research method used is a quantitative method to test the 6 hypotheses that are constructed. Online survey instruments were used for data collection using purposive sampling and snowball techniques. Data analysis using the PLS SEM method in the SmartPLS v.4.1.1.8 application. The results of the analysis using 100 respondents in the construction industry in Indonesia showed that organizational practices, team confidence, teamwork, servant leadership, and individual resilience had a positive influence on team resilience, but only teamwork and individual resilience had a significant effect. Furthermore, the team's resilience affects the success/performance of the project. Research implications and suggestions for further research are also presented.
